BIKRAM YOGA / BIKRAM BEATS

BIKRAM YOGA is a series of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises designed specifically for beginners. It is fantastic for losing weight quickly while building strength and flexibility. Bikram Yoga is the go-to for people with back, shoulder, knee, and neck problems, along with other health issues. This yoga is for everybody. Bikram Beats is a 60 min Bikram Yoga class to music, less talking more music.

BIKYASA

BIKYASA is a fusion yoga class. Imagine the perfect combination of Vinyasa Flow and traditional Bikram balancing, stretching, and spine strengthening poses. This class is 60 minutes to music. Everyone can take Bikyasa; beginners are encouraged!

HOT PILATES

HOT PILATES is a training system that combines Pilates principles with High-Intensity Interval Training that is low impact. Creating long, lean muscle mass, burning fat, and increasing fitness. Inferno creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. Good for all fitness levels. 

DRIPPIN’ FITNESS

DRIPPIN’ FITNESS  is a boot camp type class like no other class we offer. Jake guides you through a full body workout encompassing cardio and strength training that leaves you drippin’ with sweat. Grab a heavy pair of weights, a resistance band and join the fun!

YOGA NIDRA

YOGA NIDRA or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. Lie down in a comfortable place, and our instructor will guide you into a deep calming meditation. A session usually lasts between 20 to 30 minutes. Guaranteed, you’ll be stress-free and calmer after just one session.

YIN YOGA

YIN YOGA is a marvelous addition to your weekly routine. Passive/restorative yoga postures are held for an extended period of time. Most of the postures are performed while sitting or lying down. Get deep into your inter-connective tissue.
